We ship from the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders below that are charged the delivery rate shown at checkout before you pay. Any duties or import taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout or are the responsibility of the recipient, depending on the destination.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed on business days, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional delivery charges may apply.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or it arrives damaged, email support@modogummies.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
